Thank You Mama is truly such a gem of a place! The staff is so friendly, welcoming and reassuring. They helped me so much through acupuncture, massage, and custom herbal tea blends depending on what I was needing at the time. Whatever I was going through, they were able to address it with ease, compassion, and professionalism. They provided me with so much relief which increased my quality of life. I am so grateful that a place like this exists.

This self care day at Thank You Mama was the best thing for this pregnant lady!! I’m 24 weeks pregnant and had a massage and acupuncture. My massage by Jenn was so relaxing and helped loosen up my back and hips! The acupuncture also worked on loosening my hips and helping the mild sciatica I have developed. I’m so thankful that I found a holistic practice that makes the pregnant woman the center of their care. 10/10 recommend to any woman that wants to get pregnant, any woman that is pregnant, or any woman that already gave birth. They are knowledgeable and experienced and personalize their treatment. Thanks so much for the great experience. Ps-the tea that Amy made is really good (third trimester blend). Can’t wait to go back next month.

Thank You Mama is the absolute best place. For years I’ve struggled with migraines, neck pain, and a myriad of other issues. Nothing has made a more significant impact on how I feel! My cousin told me about Thank You Mama years ago and I only wish I had started going sooner!

Acupuncture at Thank You Mama is bringing my entire body back into balance. I’ve had terrible (and wildly irregular) periods since having my second son three years ago. After four sessions with Denise, who is so sweet and patient, I can say that I already feel like a younger, more centered version of myself. I did the herbal supplement thing too – and it’s working! I came to the practice anemic, anxious and skeptical. Despite the fact that so many of my friends swear by Chinese medicine, I was still iffy on the thing. I needed to try it for myself before I could consider its validity. I’m on board now. Thank you. I feel like I’ve discovered a secret weapon in my pursuit of health of wellness.

I’m so glad a place like this exists! I’ve been here for every part of my pregnancy- before, on the day I went into labor, and after! I’ve had massages, acupuncture, cupping and the mothers warming massage, all with different therapists. All of the therapists there are amazing, as are the ladies at the front desk, everyone is so sweet and lovely. The best massage place I’ve found in St.Petersburg. Very knowledgeable and excellent with their hands. I can’t recommend this place enough for expectant mothers or anyone really. Great for baby registry or gift ideas! They also have all kinds of herbal remedies for babies and mothers, that you might not be able to find anywhere else, and offer classes and other relevant workshops.
