Jennifer Carey-Prescott
Jennifer Carey-Prescott is a nationally board-certified Acupuncture Physician and graduate of the respected Florida Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine. St. Petersburg Florida has been the home to her practice for the past 19 years. Her investment in the health and growth mindset of this community lead to her certainty that if you can enhance the health of the Mama - the entire family can flourish. She absolutely treats all humans - Man - Woman and child - but no one can argue with the advanced wisdom that comes from living inside the feminine body and the unique care it requires. In 2011 she combined these skills and those of her very talented associates to open Thank You Mama - Family Wellness Center.
She is one of only a few American acupuncturists to attend an advanced clinical internship program at Zhejiang College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Hang Zhou China. Through this internship, she received intensive practical application study of needling techniques as well as Chinese herbal protocol from some of China’s most prestigious doctors.
Jennifer creates a personal rapport with each patient, spending time to ensure that her individualized treatment strategy offers the highest level of care. Striving to continuously expand her healing knowledge and techniques, she consistently researches the most current TCM approaches to a variety of illnesses. Utilizing all of the modalities at her disposal: Acupuncture, Tui-na, Cupping, Moxibustion, Gua-sha, Botanical Medicines and sometimes just straight up magic. Jennifer’s goal is long-term wellness and a next-level self knowledge for each and every patient.

Denise Dupree
Denise Dupree Acupuncture Physician, Herbalist and seeker of knowledge has been practicing Traditional Chinese Medicine for 19 + years. She loves working with women, babies and children. She is extensively trained in alternative methods of healing for Pediatrics and has abundant experience in the world of fertility. She also does Mayan Abdominal Massage and is Upledger Cranial certified. Denise comes from a family of western physicians and has been around medicine her entire life. She has worked in hospitals pre and post surgery and attended labor and delivery using Acupuncture for pain management. Last year she lived in Siem Reap Cambodia volunteering at the maternity and children’s hospital and educated many women about their health and their children’s health. She also lived for 2 years to Tianjin China volunteering at the Heping YiYuan Hospital and the Tianjin TCM hospital in the brain clinic in Tianjin, China. She not only treated patients with Acupuncture but all aspects of their rehabilitation including massage, physical therapy, herbs and nutrition.
While living in Colorado she held an assistant teaching position at the Colorado Traditional Chinese Medicine College and now joins us from her former practice in Bainbridge Island, WA. She looks forward to helping your healing journey carrying the worlds natural tools at her finger tips.
LAUREN MARIENSKI
Lauren Marienski is a licensed and nationally board-certified Acupuncture Physician and herbalist. She was introduced to the world of Traditional Chinese Medicine while interning with an Acupuncture Physician during her undergraduate studies at the University of Tampa. She was fascinated with the approach of this ancient art of healing and its ability to stimulate and promote self-healing within the body.
Upon graduating with her Bachelor of Science degree in Allied Health and Occupational Therapy, she went on to graduate summa cum laude with her Master of Science in Oriental Medicine from the Florida College of Integrative Medicine. She has clinical experience studying under doctors directly from China and continues to expand her knowledge, often traveling around the country to learn new techniques from top practitioners in the field. She treats a wide variety of health concerns and specializes in reproductive & hormone balance through all life stages (fertility, pregnancy, post-partum, and menopause), stress reduction, migraines, insomnia, emotional well-being, and facial rejuvenation.
Lauren has specialized training and advanced certification in APIT (acupuncture point injection therapy). She uses homeopathy and nutraceuticals to provide immediate and effective relief for a variety of conditions, including weight loss, body contouring, pain management, depression, lymphatic disorders, and immune support. This technique can also be used for facial rejuvenation to stimulate collagen production, smooth fine lines, and improve the overall health of the skin.
Her passion for learning and traveling brought her to the high desert of the Mojave last year where she spent a week-long immersion in Joshua Tree, California studying esoteric acupuncture. This offering is a gentle, heart-centered approach using sacred geometry to re-align the mind and body to feel clearer and at ease. Following needle insertion, she will guide you through a brief meditation connecting the points to help you visualize the sacred geometric pattern. Lauren focuses on each patient’s story, digging beneath the surface and looking at the bigpicture to offer an individualized and gentle approach to every healing journey. Using a blend ofancient and modern practices she seeks to offer a new paradigm towards health.
Stephanie Crosby
A Massage Therapist of 13 years, Stephanie Crosby is dedicated to supporting your body through all phases of the life cycle. Her knowdelgeble and skilled hands work across a broad spectrum of body therapy while also cultivating a special dedication to reproductive and postpartum health. Her specialization in Mayan Abdominal Massage, embraces a holistic approach to facilitate hormonal balance and fertility. Absorbing hands on Traditional knowledge in Belize at Arco Iris Permaculture Farm, Home of Rainforest Remedies from the Abdominal Therapy Collective, with intentional and nurturing touch, Stephanie combines her deep understanding of the body's intricate systems to guide all clients in restoring harmony, and fostering overall well-being.
Andrea Coleman
Andrea has been described as Fluidity. She has been a healing artist and wellness advocate for nearly a decade. She is soft of voice and depth of hand and gives loving care to all bodies, here at Thank You Mama. Andrea received her birth companion training with Shafia Monroe and has been seeing her vision of optimizing birth outcomes with Rooted Perinatal Wellness. Her favorite thing about her massage skill is seeing the immediate difference the work can make in muscular comfort and internal ease. Intentional, therapeutic, loving.
Hazel Oak
Massage Therapist, Hazel Oak, grew up in a home where hands were a love language. As a massage therapist herself, her Mama taught her the value of touch. Hazel has been a licensed massage therapist for the past 7 years and has been an eager apprentice since childhood. The feedback on her abilities has been stellar. Her own journey with pain has her walking in the knowledge of how powerfully healing a strong set of hands can be. Bring your pain, your joy, your need to relax, your big ol belly or your “you day” and she has you gratefully taken care of.
